Dynamic Electronic Air Cleaner (EAC)
This electronic air cleaner is low maintenance and easy to use, just like changing a filter. These electronic air filters fit perfectly into our custom-made 20x25x1 air filter racks and remove 97% of particles down to .3 microns and use standard low voltage 24V wiring connected to your central HVAC system.
While the major box stores advertise the “Allergen” air filters, these can actually harm your furnace over time. These “Allergen” filters are too restrictive on air flow (MERV 13+) which is comparable to a dirty filters. The best part of the Dynamic Electronic Air Cleaner is that it achieves the equivalent rating of a MERV 13 filter while maintaining proper static pressure (for lower energy consumption and system wear).
Colony Filter Rack
These filter racks are built in our sheet metal shop, custom for each job. This makes it easy to stay on top of filter changes, which will help to prolong the life of your furnace. These filter racks are sealed and provide a good fit for a filter. It sounds basic, however some factory-built boxes don’t fit replacement filters very well. We also attach a literature holder that allows the furnace and air conditioner product guides to stay near the furnace. From a service provider prospective, we like to have the specific literature at our fingertips when needed. It’s a nice way for the homeowner to stay organized.
