Colony offers Service Agreements on a wide range of equipment at competitive rates. Geothermal heat pumps, Air to Air Heat Pumps, Electric Air Handlers, Air Conditioners, Humidifiers, Mini-Splits, Electronic Air Cleaners, ERV’s and HRV’s and much more.

We are able to service your equipment and customize the Service Agreement to meet your needs.

Our cost is $95 first unit, $85 second unit

Service Agreement Rate is $85 first unit, $75 second unit
